This is a learn to skate program for preschool children (recommended ages 3-5). Your child will learn basic skating skills through fun games. This program will encourage your child to progress through the Canskate program as his/her skill level increases. |

Precanskate |

This is a learn-to-figure skate program that introduces skaters to dance and synchronized skating. This program is tailored to suit the skater's needs and objectives through small group, semi-private or private lessons paid directly to the coach. Your child will not only develop physically, but he/she will also develop necessary mental skills needed in life such as self-discipline, concentration and how to deal with winning and losing. The Junior program can be used as a stepping stone to the Senior program. |

Seniors |

The Senior program is for the skater who wishes to pursue figure skating as a recreational, test or competitive athlete. Your child will learn skating skills, freeskate and dance through private lessons paid directly to your coach. |

Synchronized Skating |

This is a fun team sport for skaters who have completed Canskate and want to keep skating. The program involves a group of skaters performing various group formations and maneuvers. This team activity is for skaters who enjoy skating and competing as part of a team. |

Adult Synchronized Skating |
|
The synchronized program is a program for those adult skaters who are " sure on their feet " and would like to be involved in a group skating program. Skaters registered in the synchronized program must be able to skate backwards. The program involves a group of skaters performing various group formations and maneuvers. This team activity is for skaters who enjoy skating and competing as part of a team. Skaters must be 16 for this program. |

This is a learn-to-skate program for children of all ages. The objectives of this program include learning proper techniques for forward skating, backward skating, stopping, turning, jumping and spinning through a sequence of seven progressing stages. |
